
Haleigh Smith is a licensed master social worker who earned her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Brigham Young University–Idaho and her Master’s degree in Social Work from Campbellsville University in Kentucky. She has experience working with children diagnosed with ADHD and ODD and finds meaning supporting individuals who struggle with anxiety-related disorders and obsessive-compulsive disorder.
Haleigh values the use of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as a primary modality. She also integrates strength-based and person-centered perspectives, believing that the therapeutic relationship is one of the most powerful predictors of meaningful change.
Outside of her work, Haleigh enjoys sports, reading, writing, and spending quality time with her friends and family.
