Tristian Knight earned his Master of Social Work from Northwest Nazarene University and completed his clinical internship at Tueller Counseling. He provides therapy to clients ages 16 and older and practices under clinical supervision while working toward licensure.
Tristian focuses on trauma, anxiety, depression, motivation, and emotional regulation. He has a particular interest in working with individuals who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected, including clients who identify as gamers or who navigate much of their life in digital spaces.
His therapeutic approach is collaborative, client-centered, and trauma-informed. Tristian integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based strategies to help clients build insight, develop practical coping skills, and move toward meaningful change at a pace that feels safe and sustainable. He is also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) with an additional specialty training in solution-focused EMDR.
Outside of therapy, Tristian enjoys gaming, meditation, learning, and exploring the intersection of mental health and modern life.
