Tueller Counseling Services, Inc. accepts Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial Insurance, and Private Pay. We also offer a Sliding Fee Discount Program. Before visiting, please download and complete our  Financial Policy Acknowledgement form.

Tueller Counseling Services, Inc. accepts all patients regardless of ability to pay. Discounts for essential services are offered based on family size and and income. For more information, contact our office, or download the Sliding Fee Discount Application. Fill out the form and return it to one of our receptionists to determine if you or your family members are eligible for a discount. This form is to be completed every 12 months or if your financial situation changes. The discount will apply only to services received at this clinic.
