Mira Nielson, COU-I

M.A in Clinical Counseling, Saybrook Univesity

After completing her bachelor's degree in psychology at Humboldt State University in Northern California, Mira worked for several years in mental health. In 2022, she earned her master's degree in clinical counseling from Saybrook University and began practicing therapy in the Idaho Falls area. In her free time Mira enjoys spending time with her many pets, reading, traveling, and listening to an ever-growing library of music.

Therapeutic Approach

As a humanistically trained therapist, I build relationships with my clients with the goal of reaching their authentic self. Utilizing a variety of techniques, I foster an environment to help clients resolve past and current struggles with anxiety, depression, trauma, and attachment issues.
