Morgan received her Bachelor’s Degree in Marriage and Family Studies and her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Morgan has experience working with adults and teens. While completing her Master’s in counseling, Morgan became passionate about helping women and teens navigate trauma, grief, anxiety, and attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). In her spare time, Morgan enjoys spending time with her husband and two rambunctious huskies. Morgan also likes any type of scary movie, sour candy, and loves to read.

Morgan believes that every client deserves to feel empowered, accepted, and validated. She strives to create a safe therapeutic environment where clients can work through difficult or traumatic experiences without fear of judgment or reproach. Morgan molds the therapeutic experience to fit the needs of her clients in order to encourage greater healing and self-acceptance. Morgan utilizes a variety of therapy techniques including EMDR, Mindfulness and Gestalt approaches, Narrative Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Expressive Arts, and Emotionally Focused Therapy.
