Nicole Aldinger, LSW

Nichole has been a Licensed Social Worker since 1994 and has dedicated more than 30 years to providing crisis intervention, advocacy, and direct services to diverse populations throughout the community. Her career has been centered on supporting individuals and families impacted by domestic violence and child abuse.

Nichole began her professional work serving children affected by domestic violence and later spent several years investigating allegations of child abuse with the Department of Health and Welfare. She ultimately returned to direct services with victims and offenders of domestic violence, where her passion for meaningful change continued to grow. For the past 20 years, Nichole has focused her work on domestic violence offenders and has become a leader in batterer intervention services. She has been an integral member of Tueller Counseling for the past 11 years, serving as the Domestic Violence Coordinator and a group facilitator in the Batterer Intervention Program.

Nichole believes that all people deserve a safe place to heal while learning the skills necessary to break abusive cycles and create healthier families and communities.
