Phillip is originally from Washington State and has been living in Idaho for the last five years. He attended Brigham Young University-Idaho and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Social Work. He then attended the Northwest Nazarene University and graduated with a master’s degree with an emphasis in clinical mental health. Phillip has experience working with adults, adolescents, and he specializes in working with geriatrics. In his spare time, he likes to hang out with his wife and daughter. When he is not in the office, he loves long drives, camping, fishing, and being outdoors.
Phillip incorporates a person-centered approach that empowers the client and the therapeutic approach. He incorporates different theories into the session. such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, trauma cognitive behavioral therapy, positive discipline approach in parenting, and other theories in the session. He loves to work with couples, families, groups, and individuals. He works with children and adults, as well as anyone in between.
