
Tina Ricks is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who earned her degree from Northwest Nazarene University. With over 20 years of experience in the mental health field, Tina brings deep community knowledge and an unwavering commitment to serving local individuals and families. In her role as Intake & Outreach Program Director, Tina leads efforts to strengthen community connections, improve access to care, and link individuals with vital resources and services. Her passion for outreach and advocacy ensures that no one feels left behind in their journey toward mental wellness. Tina also serves as the head of the master level intern program, mentoring the next generation of student counselors. She is dedicated to professional development and creating an environment where new clinicians can grow, learn, and thrive.
Outside of work, Tina is an avid reader who enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, indulging in a bit of online shopping, and loving on her cats. A proud Dallas Cowboys fan, she brings the same team spirit and enthusiasm to her work and community.
Through her experiences, Tina has found a passion for working with people and joining them in their journey. She is patient, understanding, and accepting. Tina does counseling with adolescents and adults and is currently the Intake Specialist for Tueller Counseling.
